2, Equipment Overview

Based on the investigation and analysis of a large number of cleaning equipment at home and abroad, the stepping type wheel hub half shaft cleaning machine is designed with excellent mechanical properties. It is a more advanced universal wheel hub half shaft cleaning equipment in the current cleaning machine industry.

The working process of the machine is realized by the conveyor belt supporting the workpiece to be cleaned step by step. Through cleaning, the middle is isolated into a number of relatively independent chambers. The conveyor belt carries the workpiece first into the cleaning room, then through the rinsing room, and then through the compressed air drying and hot air drying. It is better to have manual blowing for the parts that are not dry, and then blanking to complete the whole cleaning work.

The multi-channel spray process is set in the cleaning room, including surface scanning cleaning, hub inner cavity probe cleaning, half shaft fixed cleaning, etc., to ensure that the cleaned workpiece can be fully cleaned.

3, Cleaning process

Manual loading → mist suction empty station → external scanning spray cleaning (2MPa) + probe high pressure cleaning inner chamber (2MPa) → fixed nozzle cleaning half shaft (2MPa) → external scanning spray cleaning (1MPa) + probe high pressure cleaning inner chamber (1MPa) → fixed nozzle cleaning half shaft (1MPa) → empty station → external scanning spray rinsing (1MPa) + probe high pressure cleaning inner chamber (1MPa) → fixed nozzle Rinsing half shaft (1MPa) → probe scanning + surface scanning compressed air drying (0.4-0.6mpa) → overall hot air drying (≥ 80 ºC) → overall hot air drying (≥ 80 ºC) → manual unloading

4, Conveying and clamping of workpieces1. Conveying of workpieces

The chain conveyor belt is used for step conveying, that is, the cycloid pin wheel reducer is driven by the motor, so as to drive the chain conveyor belt to run with clearance. The workpiece is transported to each working station in turn, and a proximity switch trigger device is set on the chain to stop automatically when it is in place. Brake motor and OMRON proximity switch are used to ensure accurate positioning.

2. Clamping of wheel hub

The positioning block is set on the chain conveying rib plate, the hub is placed on the special fixture, and two hubs are cleaned at a time.

3. Clamping of half shaft

The positioning block is set on the chain conveying rib plate, the half shaft is placed on the special fixture, and two wheels are cleaned at a time.

5, Cleaning method of workpiece

The hub and half shaft are cleaned by three processes, including inner cavity probe cleaning, outer surface scanning cleaning and outer surface fixing cleaning.

6, Drying method of workpiece

The outer surface compressed air drying + inner probe compressed air drying, and then drying in hot air, for the non drying blind hole, threaded hole, the blanking hole with artificial blowing.
